The building was constructed in 1929, three years after Gdynia received its city rights.
Exploring our interiors, you discover the design history of modernist Gdynia. We drew inspiration for the décor atfrom exhibitions devoted to, among other things, architecture, the birth of the city, and cooperation with the conservator of historic buildings.
The result is, for example, the palette of unique colours, materials and textures visible in the building.
Specially designed furniture and furnishings harmonise with the classics of Polish design.
In some rooms you can come across contemporary reissues of beautiful post-war furniture, which Politura produces in limited versions. One of these is the Byk chair by Edmund Homa, an outstanding architect and designer who spent most of his life in Gdynia.
The bar area, conference room and breakfast room were created as a natural complement to the villa's offer. The entire space is located on floor -1. The spaces have won an award for the best designed commercial interiors in Gdynia. Together with an intimate garden, they blend perfectly with the modernist character of the place and the surroundings of the seaside district.
