1. You must arrive for your treatment appointment at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
2. In the case of lateness for the agreed treatment, Day Spa Vita'O reserves the right to shorten the duration of the treatment.
3. For the sake of comfort of Day Spa Vita'O clients, please keep quiet and do not use mobile phones in the treatment area.
4. The Day Spa Vita'O reserves the right to interrupt or refuse to provide the treatment by the therapist if the therapist encounters inappropriate behaviour of the client (aggression, vulgarity, sexual proposals, etc.).
5. If the client has any health contraindications to a treatment, e.g. illness, pregnancy, ongoing medical treatment, recent medical treatment or other, the client is obliged to inform the therapist before the start of the treatment.
6. We recommend avoiding sunbathing and eating heavy meals before and after the treatments.
7. The purchase of a given treatment is tantamount to the client declaring that he/she has no health contraindications to use the selected service and that he/she has read the Vita'O Day Spa label and accepts its terms and conditions.
8. By booking an appointment, the client thereby consents to the sending of marketing content by e-mail and sms.
1. Gift vouchers can be purchased via the website www.spavitao.pl and in the salon.
2. All vouchers have an expiry date.
3. In order to ensure comfortable and individual service, vouchers can be redeemed by contacting the reception desk by phone or email, NOT through the Booksy app.
4. Due to 100% occupancy in the afternoons and on weekends, which are the most popular times, finding a convenient date may take longer in some cases.
5. The only time when gift vouchers cannot be used is during the Valentine's Day period on February 13, 14, and 15.
6. If a customer fails to show up for an appointment and does not inform the reception desk at least 8 hours before the scheduled visit, the amount for which the voucher was issued will be reduced by the total value of the booking in accordance with the current price list.
7. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions and packages.
8. The voucher cannot be used to purchase cosmetics and wellness blends, as well as other retail products included in the Day Spa Vita'O offer.
9. The voucher may be transferred to another person for redemption.
10. Purchased vouchers are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
11. The purchase and redemption of a voucher is equivalent to acceptance of the Day Spa Etiquette.
